1. You must be a very good writer of scripts and Treatments
2. You must be able to produce documentaries
3. You must be able to interpret corporate and special video production briefs
4. You must be a able to manage a competent production team
5. You must have great communication skills and be able to make quality presentations
6. You must be good at writing proposals.
7. You must be under the age 32
8. You must live in lagos preferably close to ikeja
