The PDP gubernatorial candidate in Akwa Ibom, Mr. Udom Emmanuel, is said to have won the governorship election in the state.
According to INEC, Emmanuel won in all the local government areas in the state with a landslide victory over the APC candidate, Mr. Umana Okon, defeating him by 996, 071 votes to 89,865.
