what an honour to the man who has fought all his life, with brain, pen and hand, to better an educational system that the politicians want to rubbish. It's not really surprising that it's only in Nigeria that a whole Minister for Education hasn't got any graduate degree not to talk of a PhD. That's why he does not know that a PhD is the basic minimum degree to get a university lecturer-ship. I hope Wike's preparing his area-boys in Rivers state to over-run the universities come Dec.4th?! God Save Nigeria from state mediocrity. RIP dear Comrade
